It would be my pleasure to help.
Vacation planning requires a lot of time, knowledge and research. It sometimes takes hours or even days for
us to find the perfect destination or resort to fit our client's specific needs. While we try very hard to present the
best options to you with our initial communication and quote, sometimes we need modifications. Often, we find
our clients may have changed their mind on budget, destination, resort type or even dates. When this
happens, we start over, and it takes longer to finally present all the perfect details for your vacation.
The demand for travel is at an all-time high and as career professionals, we are busier than ever. In order for
us to properly tailor your travel needs, we must manage and select the number of clients we work with at a
given time. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service before, during and after travel to our valued
clients
Before we continue, it is imperative that I inform you that as of January 1, 2022, our business model has
changed. After we have had our initial/complimentary, fact finding and qualifying call (or email, if you prefer),
Endless Travel will then require a non-refundable, research and design, planning fee to continue. See Chart Below:
This fee was incorporated as the majority of our work is done upfront and before a booking even takes place.
Previously there was no compensation for our agent’s time until our clients booked AND actually traveled.
This fee will include:
Information on current Covid protocols and entry requirements for your desired destination
Research of, and information for, destinations and resorts
Up to 3 complete quotes. Quotes include air (if needed), resort fact sheets and videos (where
available), room options, airport transfers in destination and Travel Insurance quotes based on your needs
The creating, booking and managing of all details for your travel.
Communication with our resort contacts on your behalf for requests and potential upgrades (no guarantees)
Travel itinerary, travel documents and helpful destination information and tips
Pre travel phone call
Final confirmation of flights
Most Importantly, Personal assistance from your Travel Advisor before, during and after travel
We realize that the decision to institute a planning fee may not be a fit for everyone, but it has become a necessity for our time to be compensated.
