GPP+ Cash Back
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. GPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of providing names and no later than 90 days prior to departure, whichever occurs first. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates or air only. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable. Should some guests within a group choose to add GPP and some choose to add GPP+, the combined maximum total number of rooms for coverage is 45.
GPP Travel Credit
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. GPP must be added to your booking within 7 days of providing names and no later than final payment due date, whichever occurs first. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
GPP Voucher Information:
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
- The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
- Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
- GPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original GPP voucher, however your original voucher's expiration date will not change in the event you have to cancel your trip again.
- Under no circumstances does the GPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
